How to Survive Your Lowest Mode ( And Come Out Stronger)
We’ve all been in that place where we feel like everything is gone, like this is the end, or that we’ve lost everything and nothing could be worse. But that’s exactly when we experience our greatest glow-up. Have you ever seen someone glow up while already being in a better position? No. One must go through the lows to begin a new journey.
In this blog, we’ll talk about how we can overcome those situations without losing hope or inspiration.
1- Everything is temporary
Stop taking everything so seriously—because everything is temporary. Even humans, who think they rule the world, are only temporary visitors here. Have you ever thought about the age of the universe, the Earth, humanity, and then yours in comparison? Everything has changed over time—trees, animals, organisms, the environment. Imagine someone, 200 years ago, struggling with problems that probably felt bigger than yours. The more you reflect on this, the more you realize how small your current problem is—and how, with time and patience, it too shall pass.
2- Stop Worrying About What’s Not in Your Control
“If you can control the problem, why worry? And if you can’t control the problem, then why worry?” — a wise man once said.
Not everything is in our hands. Sometimes, even after preparing for every possible outcome, life still surprises us. That’s because the world doesn’t revolve around us. It doesn’t pause for our emotions or circumstances. What’s meant to happen, will happen—no matter how much we try to control it.
3- Acceptance
Acceptance is an art. Your life becomes much easier when you start accepting things instead of constantly expecting something better.
Accepting yourself, your past, and the things that happened to you—especially those you didn’t deserve—is the first step toward real self-love. No matter how much you try to deny or lie to yourself, deep down you know: half of your pain would ease if you simply accepted things as they are.
4- Being Neutral
Being positive is great, but trying to stay positive all the time can feel exhausting and fake.
Instead, learn to be neutral when you're at your lowest. A negative mindset not only drains you but also affects the people around you. So if positivity feels out of reach, just aim for neutrality—it’s far better than sinking into negativity.
5- Time Heals Everything
Time has the power to change everything in ways we can’t even imagine. The poor person you saw last year might be a millionaire today. The CEO who once inspired you could now be in debt. The topper in school might be jobless, while the average student could be thriving in their career.
It’s not about fate—it’s about how they used their time during their lowest moments.
Your situation doesn't define you—your mindset and your choices do. Use your time wisely, with patience and purpose, or you’ll end up blaming destiny while waiting for magic that only effort can create.
